Improve Your Health

How well did you sleep last night? Were you tossing and turning? Sweating? In today’s fast-paced society, perpetual fatigue has become a badge of honor. However, poor sleep is killing us. Yes, killing us!

Read More about Defining Your Sleep

Getting a good night’s sleep is essential for wellness. Your body needs rest and it needs it more often and for more reasons than you may realize. Poor sleep is the tipping point for illness and disease. If you’re not getting the rest you need, it’s time to take the steps needed to improve your quality of sleep.

While sleeping, your cellular, circulatory, respiratory, and muscular systems operate without conscious command. Only in the sleep state does your body enjoy comprehensive access to its beauty, performance, and intrinsic genius. In the sleep state, your body heals itself and refuels your immunity to face dangers awaiting you when you awake. Read more in my book, The DNA of Hope.

The Circadian Compass

When sleep is off, we know many of the other 8-powers of wellness are also off. The WildHeart Wellness Circadian Compass program is designed to identify your current state of sleep, the root causes within your body that contribute to diminished sleep, and develop a plan to heal your body through sound and peaceful sleep. Sleep is part of the compass inside of you matching environmental cues such as the sun and nighttime. Sleep and wakefulness create spatial maps within your brain to help you navigate, sense danger, and memorize objects. It’s basically like have a GPS computer within your brain that follows the natural laws of sun-up, dawn and sun-down, and dusk. Your circadian compass resets every 24 hours at dawn. Poor sleep changes metabolism, gut and brain wellness, cell repair, immune strength, and DNA repair. Poor sleep also creates errors in your circadian compass that create an magnify symptoms ranging from fatigue, brain fog, balance and navigation challenges, moodiness, weight gain, and toxins and illness that lead to diagnosis after diagnosis.
